This 3 hour walk will be easy and you can drag your feet if you’d like. Green forest setting promised and designed for comfort and inspiration. Location and vehicle access are excellent. This walk is designed with enough time that we reach a walking meditation awareness that will calm the mind, improve clarity, enhance the heart, and boost your immune system. This well-rounded walk will give you the ultimate opportunity to experience the richness of what the forest offers.

Specialty group walk

maximum of 10 people

This walk is just for you and your special circle of friends, family or
activity group. Because you know each other, we shall invite you to
share with one another in some interactive, fun wanderings. Our purpose
is to dissolve the busyness of daily life and enhance your perception
with Natures abundance to calm the mind and body while discovering more
of her hidden treasures. This walk is also great for the management and
staff of Corporations and Businesses.

Windermere walk

This walk is for those that have crazy schedules but want to experience Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) to take the over whelming spin of life away and just feel the simpleness of less is more. We will slow you down and connect your senses to the elements of nature that you were born into and calm the brain, which will create a chain reaction to slow the heart, central nervous system and spark happiness, health, creativity and a host of other benefits. Connect with your friends, replenish your senses and strengthen the immune system while in a beautiful forest setting. Come treat yourself!

forest art walk

The Forest Art walk is for everyone, whether a curious beginner or
polished pro. We’re going to take you deeper into your ears, eyes, nose,
touch and taste to see what your marks on paper do. We will step into
the freedom and surprise of your imagination using a variety of fun
invitations to loosen and bring out the artist that actually resides
within us all. For those of you that are seasoned artists of whatever
medium, get ready to explore bigger windows of creativity and
inspiration that will provoke new passions.
